Responsibilities & Duties
To help the hospital attain quality accreditation and certification (NABH/JCI)
To assist them in preparing policies & procedures
To provide the hospital staff all the training related to quality accreditation and certification
To train the hospital staff for NABH/NABL/JCI standards (latest edition standards)
To assist the hospital in implementing various forms and formats
To assist the hospital in conducting mock drills & mock assessments
To assist the hospital in preparing all kind of documentation related to the accreditation & certification
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Should have good communication skills – English, Hindi & Gujarati
Should at least have basic knowledge of Healthcare Quality – NABH Standards (HCO, SHCO, Entry Level Standards), NABL Standards for Laboratories
Can independently work on multiple projects for NABH & NABL
Ready to travel

Manager – Business Development
Responsibilities & Duties
Lead generation through strategic partnerships, and references. ( No cold calling )
Managing personal meetings and business presentations.
Travelling to various cities based on lead generation and strategic business plan.
Real time reporting of leads, follow ups, and conversions
Creation and delivery of proposals
Creation and delivery of database for lead generation
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Must be proficient in verbal and written English language
Excellent in communication, should understand the concept of effective communication, and the art of persuasion
Great people skills, and should love to meet new people, and to travel new places
Should be ambitious and willing to work flexible hours. This is not a typical 9 to 5 job.

Responsibilities & Duties
Liaison with current clients and company experts
Supervision and expedition of projects based on real time reporting
Scheduling of projects and visits by co-coordinating with clients
Back office administration
Managing academic events and conferences
Performing business presentations and conducting meetings
